This is an image taken from an Arab satellite news network broadcast on Tuesday Feb. 26, 2008 purportedly showing a Briton taken hostage nearly a year earlier, presenting the kidnappers' demands for the release of nine of their men being held by British forces. The hostage, who al-Arabiya network identified as Peter Moore, was kidnapped by heavily armed men in police uniforms in May 2007 from the Iraqi Finance Ministry, together with four of his British security guards.
